1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
1.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2. The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
2.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return or exchange.
2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.
3. Returns Process:
3.1. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address.
3.2. Please securely package the merchandise and include a copy of the original order invoice or packing slip inside the package.
3.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the merchandise to ensure its safe delivery. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3.4. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility mentioned in Section 1. If approved, a refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 days after the inspection.
4. Exchanges Process:
4.1. Once your exchange request is approved, you will be provided with instructions for sending back the merchandise.
4.2. Similar to the returns process, please securely package the merchandise and include a copy of the original order invoice or packing slip inside the package.
4.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the merchandise for exchange to ensure its safe delivery. The cost of return shipping for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
4.4. After receiving the merchandise for exchange, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. If approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you promptly.
5.1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5.2. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
6.2. We may require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item to process your request quickly.
6.3. Once the damaged or defective item is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including the return shipping costs.
